The Delta Shop is only available to SkyMiles Members in-flight while connected to Fast, Free Wi-Fi. Check back on your next eligible flight to purchase.

If you are connected to Fast, Free Wi-Fi and are not able to access the Delta Shop, it could be due to the following reasons which prevents the network from knowing you are in-flight. These can be addressed in your settings:

  • You have a VPN enabled
  • You have iCloud Private Relay enabled

The Fly Delta Jets collection can only be accessed in-flight through Delta Sync Wi-Fi. Check back on your next Delta flight to place another order and be on the lookout for future product drops.

Delta Shop purchases do not qualify for the 20% back statement credit or extra miles on qualifying American Express cards.

Authorized returns and exchanges must be postmarked within thirty (30) days after customer’s receipt of merchandise. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Items must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unstained, and not damaged.

All returns and exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs that are not the result of vendor error.

All refunds and exchanges are processed within 5 to 7 business days of our team receiving your items and confirming their condition satisfies the return policy. A credit will be posted to the associated account or credit card.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Depending on your shipping method, your order should be delivered within 3 to 7 business days after it ships.

American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are all accepted cards.

There is a flat shipping fee of $5 on all orders.

Please contact deltashop@iceboxmail.com to make any desired changes as soon as possible. Changes cannot be accepted after the purchased item is prepared and shipped.

Unfortunately, no. All deliveries must be delivered to a physical address.

We ship to the contiguous United States (US48). We do not offer international orders at this time.
